This training includes induction into ICRIT Healthcare as well as orientation training in accordance with Skills for Care Guidelines

Training needs and opportunities for further development are identified through Training Needs Analysis and supervision sessions and annual appraisal for all staff and Care/Support Workers;

The Registered Manager and the Nominated Person are qualified health and social care professionals who have extensive management experience in private, public and voluntary sectors.

We will, from time to time engage other professionals and individuals. In such cases, we do an extensive verification of their credentials and qualifications. All relevant checks for our staff are performed to ensure that welfare of those in our care is safeguarded.

Everyone working for ICRIT HEALTHCARE is covered either by their appropriate professional indemnity and our public liability insurance.
